We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead. For peak season or large groups, the earlier the better. Last-minute requests are often possible too, so call our 24/7 line.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. Corporate clients can request invoicing with NET-14 or NET-30 payment terms.
Where do I meet the driver?
Airport: arrivals hall with name board. Hotel: outside main entrance. Station/port: nearest accessible point. Exact details confirmed before your trip.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each passenger can bring one medium suitcase (70×50×38 cm) and one laptop bag (40×30×17 cm). Got extra or oversized luggage? Let us know in advance and we will plan for it.
How do I contact the driver?
Driver details are sent the evening before your trip. You can also reach our 24/7 dispatch through the contact form at any time.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 14 days: 10% fee. Within 14 days: 25%. Within 2 days: 50%. Within 24 hours: 100%. Changes are free when possible.
